Just love it, great for goal-oriented programs
Large display for the most vital data, additional data in smaller but readable fields. The back-lighting in the Timex watches is superb.

Mixed feelings

Exactly what I needed
I needed a watch that would perform all of the functions of a regular Timex watch, with one additional feature – a Heart Monitor. This watch is it.

It does what it’s supposed to
Purchased this watch about 3 weeks ago. It works great! Heart rate always works and I also use it as a general timepiece and a timer.

Timex T5J031
This HRM does just what it is supposed to do. Accurate heart rates, a variety of different displays, comfortable chest strap. I was really impressed for the $40 price.

Need a new HRM Band? Buy the Whole watch.
Well my little Timex had been doing it’s job for over a year and I accidentally put the band through the dryer. You can not buy just a new band.

Very good value
They say you get what you pay for but I did not want to spend alot on my first heart monitor because I will likely be replacing it once I learn more about them.
